Course Overview
Our very popular, six Week Mindfulness Programme has been delivered since 2020 and offers practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage stress, restore balance, and support your own well-being. Over a series of gentle, guided 2-hour sessions, you will learn mindfulness techniques that can be woven into everyday life.
Is This Course For You?
The programme is designed specifically for older adults, typically aged 65 and above, to support wellbeing and address challenges that can come with aging.

Participants can attend alone or as a couple

Referrals from health professionals are welcome

Participants need to be committed to completing a daily home practice of around 20 minutes
What to Expect
Over six consecutive weeks, you’ll meet in a closed, supportive group, followed by a focus group to reflect on your experience.
After the course, you’ll have the option to join or create a Community of Practice, to continue practicing mindfulness as part of a group.
