Partner with Us to Deliver an Online Programme

We work with organisations that wish to commission or contract us to deliver high-quality online wellbeing programmes for older adults and carers. ​  Our online courses are: ​ - Evidence-based and clinically informed - Designed specifically for later life - Accessible for people with mobility challenges, caring responsibilities, or limited local provision - Delivered live by experienced, accredited professionals ​​We can deliver: - Mindfulness programmes for older adults - Mindfulness for carers - Sleep and cognitive wellbeing programmes - Condition-informed wellbeing courses (e.g. blood pressure, long-term health conditions) ​​We manage all aspects of delivery, including facilitation, materials, evaluation, and participant feedback, while working closely with you to ensure the programme meets your organisational goals and the needs of your community.

Collaborate with Us on a Joint Funding Application

We regularly collaborate with partner organisations on joint funding bids to increase access to mental health and wellbeing support for older adults and carers. ​  We bring:   - Strong clinical and academic leadership   - Experience using validated outcome measures (e.g. PHQ-9, GAD-7)   - Robust evaluation frameworks combining quantitative outcomes and lived experience   - Proven programme models with demonstrated impact   ​​ We are particularly well placed to support funding applications that focus on:   - Prevention and early intervention   - Reducing isolation and health inequalities   - Supporting carers and people with long-term conditions   - Age-inclusive mental health provision   ​​  We are happy to contribute to programme design, delivery plans, evaluation sections, and reporting requirements.

Partner with Us to Deliver a Local Programme

Alongside our online work, we partner with organisations to deliver local, in-person programmes embedded within communities. ​ We currently work across: - Norfolk - Suffolk - Cambridgeshire - Essex ​​Programmes can be delivered in: - Libraries and community hubs - Charities and voluntary sector venues - Schools and intergenerational settings - Health and wellbeing centres​ We tailor each programme to the local context, working with partners to ensure accessibility, relevance, and sustainability. Our approach supports not only individual wellbeing but also social connection and community resilience.

Partner With Us to Design and Deliver Training

We design and deliver bespoke training packages informed by Clinical Psychology, Mindfulness-Based approaches, and real-world experience of later life. ​ Our training offer includes: - Workplace wellbeing programmes - Training for carers and care home staff - Mindfulness-informed approaches for organisations working with older adults - Psychoeducation and skills-based workshops ​​ All training is: - Evidence-based and practical - Delivered by experienced clinicians and accredited teachers - Adapted to your workforce, setting, and organisational priorities ​​ We work collaboratively to ensure training is meaningful, applicable, and aligned with best practice.

Corporate Partnerships

We offer corporate partnerships that help organisations better understand older adults as consumers, users, and citizens. Through our work with older adults and carers, we can support organisations to: - Gain insight into what older adults value in products and services - Test ideas and approaches with real-world feedback - Design more age-inclusive, psychologically informed solutions - Strengthen social value and corporate responsibility objectives ​​ Our partnerships are ethical, respectful, and grounded in listening to older adults’ lived experience - not assumptions.
