Many of our participants have asked us if we have an app for practices, and it is almost here! All of the practices on our app are clinician-designed, evidence-based, and created specifically for older adults.
From day one, our app has been shaped by the people it’s designed for. Before writing a single line of code, we consulted with older adults to understand what would genuinely support their daily wellbeing - and just as importantly, what wouldn't.

Our conversations with older adults and our advisory board emphasised the importance of:

Meaningful categories with practices that support their lives

No annoying pop-up boxes and irrelevant information

An option to select practices based on time and/or category

A 'choose for me' option for when you only have a few minutes and just want to do a practice

This feedback has directly shaped how the MLG App is being developed. Rather than telling people what to do or when to do it, the app is designed to work with users. The goal isn't more screen time or digital noise, instead a simple but elegant tool that supports wellbeing on people's own terms.
