Individual Wellbeing Programmes

Our wellbeing programmes are typically delivered in groups, allowing participants to learn alongside others and benefit from shared experiences and social connection. However, we recognise that group programmes are not the right fit for everyone.

Some people prefer more personalised support, while others may find it difficult to attend groups due to health conditions, caring responsibilities, confidence, accessibility needs, or scheduling constraints.

​

For this reason, we offer individual delivery of selected Mindful Life Group programmes on a one-to-one basis.

​

Working individually allows us to tailor the pace, content, and support to your specific needs, circumstances, and goals while retaining the evidence-informed structure of our programmes.

Our Individual Wellbeing Programmes

Mindfulness for Later Life

​Our flagship mindfulness programme helps older adults develop practical skills for managing stress, anxiety, difficult emotions, and life transitions. The programme combines mindfulness practices, psychological wellbeing strategies, and opportunities for reflection to support resilience, emotional wellbeing, and healthy ageing.

Better Sleep

​Based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), this programme is designed for people experiencing sleep difficulties, poor sleep quality, or disrupted sleep patterns. Participants learn practical, evidence-based approaches to improving sleep, including sleep habits, behavioural strategies, managing unhelpful thoughts about sleep, relaxation techniques, and developing a healthier relationship with rest.

Blood Pressure Balance​

This programme explores the relationship between stress, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing, and cardiovascular health. Combining mindfulness, behaviour change approaches, and healthy ageing principles, it supports participants in developing practical strategies that may contribute to better blood pressure management and overall wellbeing.

A Tailored Approach

One-to-one sessions provide opportunities for deeper discussion, personalised goal setting, and individualised support. Sessions combine psychoeducation, practical exercises, reflective discussion, and action planning to help participants apply learning to their own lives and circumstances.

Our aim is to help people develop sustainable habits and skills that support long-term wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life.

Cost

Individual wellbeing programmes are delivered by Clinical Psychologists in Training under the supervision of experienced Clinical Psychologists and are offered at a subsidised rate of £50 per session.

​

This provides access to high-quality, evidence-informed psychological support at a substantially lower cost than typical private clinical psychology services.
