Course Overview
Understanding and Managing Stress and Anxiety: A Four Week Programme is a new course, which helps you to understand why we experience stress and anxiety, and how to balance and regulate our emotions.
Is This Course For You?

What is the Cost?
There is no cost for the programme, it is free to participants. All we ask is that you commit to attending all sessions to gain the full benefit.

-
Understanding Emotions and Regulation – Exploring emotional regulation systems, how our brains respond to stress, and strategies to manage these responses.
